There were hanging laundry cords in the back yard. 0165(2)(f) The back glass door did not have any stickers to prevent children from walking into glass. 0165(3)(a) Provider had accessible sharp knives on the top kitchen drawers. The provider added magnetic lock during the visit. 0165(5)(b) There were some outlets in the restroom and kitchen near the sink that are not GFCI.
